Community Assistance Hotline

Wayne RESA has instituted a Community Assistance Hotline to support the educational needs of students/families newly exposed to homelessness or the transiency of foster care due to the  COVID-19 health crisis.  The HOTLINE, accessed by calling 734.334.1567, will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a client specialist.  Students/families will be referred to district level homeless and/or foster care liaisons, county-level agencies, or state departments depending on identified educational needs.  HOTLINE information is currently posted on the COVID-19 message board on Wayne RESA’s website and will be forwarded to Wayne County Superintendents and PSA Leaders.
