First Day of School Information
Dear Parents and Students,
As the first day of school approaches, we want to ensure a smooth and exciting start for everyone. Here’s what you need to know:
Arrival:
Time: Please arrive at 8:05 AM. Classes begin at 8:20 AM.
Drop-Off: Drop-off is on Hyacinthe. However, students have to enter from SE side of building. Staff will be there to greet and guide students to their VIP area.
Classroom Assignments:
Location: Students will line up and walk on the red carpet. Staff will be on their posts. Teachers will be available to welcome them and help them get settled.
Finding Your Room: Look for classroom assignment lists posted near the entrance, or ask any staff member for assistance.
First Day Schedule:
Morning Activities: Teachers will start the day with orientation activities to help students become familiar with their new classroom environment and daily routines.
Lunch: Students will have their first lunch period as scheduled. If you are bringing lunch from home, please label it with your child’s name.
Dismissal:
Time: The school day ends at 3:15 PM. Please pick up your child promptly.
Pick-Up: Pick-up will be at the same location as drop-off. If you have any changes in pick-up arrangements, please notify the office in advance.
Important Reminders:
Label Personal Items: Please label all personal items, including backpacks, lunch boxes, and school supplies, with your child’s name.
Emergency Contacts: Ensure that your emergency contact information is up-to-date in the school records.
Health Forms: If you haven’t submitted any required health forms or medication, please do so at the school office before the first day.
